This page explains what Brew Letters collects, why, and what we do with it. We wrote it in plain language. If something is unclear, email support@brewletters.app.

What we collect

How we use it

To run the service: clean your lists, make your letters, keep your account and balance, take payment, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your uploaded lists for advertising or to contact the people on them.

How long we keep it

Who else sees it

Only the companies we need to run the service: our hosting provider (where the app and its database run) and Stripe (payments). They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sign-in is protected against repeated guessing, and each account can only open its own uploads. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and only upload lists you are allowed to use.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having the right to use the lists you upload and for honoring requests not to be contacted. See our terms.

Your choices

Children

Brew Letters is for adults running a business. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email.
