Brew Letters

Terms

Last updated: October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Brew Letters, made by David Pannell of Cities Real Estate ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What Brew Letters does

Brew Letters cleans a list of leads that you upload and produces letters as a PDF that you print and mail yourself. It does not mail anything for you, and it does not provide legal, tax or real estate advice.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide an accurate email address. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Each person should have one account, and the free letters are for one account per person or business.

Letters, credits and payment

Uploaded data is deleted

We delete uploaded lead lists 30 days after you upload them. Download your results before then. See the privacy page.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any number of leads, listings, closings or income. The service is provided "as is". Address matching, apartment detection and other clean-up are automatic and can make mistakes, so please review your results before you mail.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not responsible for lost profits or indirect damages.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
